One of the primary challenges with Direct-to-Patient (DtP) supply chains is maintaining patient privacy. This is further complicated by the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), which is broadly designed to protect the right to personal data privacy for all EU citizens. The GCSG DTP Sub-team provides an overview of the key GDPR considerations and recommendations for organizations engaged in DtP.
