Our QA team is looking to determine if there are industry averages related to Temperature Excursions. I know some companies have metrics for % of shipments having a TE or % of sites reporting a TE each month which gives some trend in addition to the root cause analysis for TE disposition. If anyone has any generic metrics they can share either from Vendor or Sponsor perspective, that would be great.
