Has anyone found a supply forecasting tool that can handle the complexity of early phase oncology trials with dose escalation, optimization and expansion, including mono and combo therapies, dose reduction, and global footprint? While excel provides the flexibility for a customized approach to projecting demand, it also comes with a high degree of risk of error that is not the easiest to identify. I have seen some tools that say they can handle this complexity but when tested, seem to fall short. My hope is that this group has better experience that they’re willing to share.
