Now Italy has determined that hazardous waste needs to be incinerated in country and expired drugs fall under “medical waste requiring special management systems” per Presidential Decree 254/2003, I’m curious to learn how do companies that are used to returning IP to a central European depot, destruct IP in Italy (especially when this destruction at site is not include din contract with CRO or sites cannot do this)?
