Requirement for updating sponsor address on labels

Hello All – Looking for some guidance on any specific requirements for updating the sponsor address on labels if the sponsor is moving?

1. Can supplies out in the field remain with the old sponsor address or do they have to be updated? If they have to be updated, is it within a certain amount of time after moving?
2. Can a note to file be created instead of updating labels?
