I have often seen labels for depot level pooling where a protocol number is added at the point of shipping, then a QP release is applied on the individual shipment. How about pooling at site level and shipping the kit with a space to write in the protocol by site? Has anyone used this in a study? Is QP release impacted? What about non-QP releasing countries? Is an IRT required? How could pharmacists identify material?

So many questions.
