Does anyone have experience with generating a blinded placebo for a commercial steroid? We’re thinking of overencapsulating the steroid tablet (with filler) and creating a a placebo capsule with just filler. But not sure what testing, if any is needed, for overencapsulation or if fillers would be a concern with steroids.
