I have a question regarding wholesaling medicinal product in foreign countries if you do not hold a license in that country. There is some concerns regarding the WDA introduction regulation.
Is anyone aware of any MHRA requirements for using a UK WDA for buying and selling commercial drug for the use of CT in a foreign country where the drug does not enter the UK but stays in the country of purchase.
