Labeling Powder for oral use

I’m looking for some feedback on how you should be labeling a powder that is for oral use. In my past I’ve labeled powders that were to be reconstituted with liquid, as either “powder for oral solution” or “powder for oral suspension” depending on if it fully dissolves or not. Or is it acceptable to just label with “powder for oral use”? I feel like that isn’t enough instruction on the label outside of the US it might get rejected.

Does anyone have experience in labeling powders? Thanks in advance!
