Relating to the CBP Forced Labor Prevention Act and the update that went into effect in Jun 2022 (https://www.cbp.gov/sites/default/files/assets/documents/2022-Jun/CBP_Guidance_for_Importers_for_UFLPA_13_June_2022.pdf), has anyone had experience importing drug into the US under this new requirement to provide affidavits from the Chinese companies that they do not use forced labor including divulging information from where the goods or components are sourced from? If so, any insight into how to smoothly import (without having to provide information that may border on release of confidential financial information and/ or trade secrets) would be greatly appreciated.
