Has anyone had any issues recently with sites refusing to complete accountability in IRT or completing sponsors forms documenting that IMP was reconciled and destroyed at site? This is a multi-faceted issue and I won’t bore you with TMI. In short, some larger institutions have in their SOPs that they will not complete forms that are not theirs and they are refusing to complete accountability in IRT, but it just seems like they are not supporting sponsor requirements to ensure all IMP is accounted for, properly reconciled and destroyed. Any thoughts?
