Hi – Are there any label requirements for IMP sent to CAN to support an EAP patient? For instance, IMP under a clinical protocol needs to be in both English and Canadian French. Can we use product with only English on the label and that is pre-printed with an entirely unrelated study protocol number for EAP patients in CAN? I reviewed Canada’s special access program guideline and didn’t see anything details specifying the labeling requirements.
