COVID Cross Border Direct to Patient

Due to COVID quarantines around the world, has anyone had the challenge of trying to do DTP to a patient that is out of the country from where their site is? How would you get an import license for drug that hasn’t been filed in the country that your patient is now stuck in, e.g. Israel (#askingforafriend)?
