We are looking to build up a Clinical Sample Management group within our CSC dept. Some of the responsibilities would be to manage clinical (biospecimen) samples for multiple global clinical trials, maintain sample chain-of-custody in a GxP-compliant setting, be accountable for clinical sample logistic planning and coordination etc. As this is all new for us, I would appreciate any info that can be provided, such as do’s/don’ts, software available to better manage the process, best practices examples etc. Thanks in advance for any feedback you can provide!
