Biography:

For over 30 years, Mike has played a pivotal role in developing and delivering customer-centric solutions across various cross-functional positions in global clinical trial logistics. As a trusted leader, collaborator, and supply chain expert, he has spearheaded innovative and impactful solutions that benefit both customers and patients. Mike’s career began at World Courier, where his responsibilities included serving as Senior Director of Patient Centric Logistics. In this role, he led the development, launch, product management, and oversight of direct-to-patient services across 50+ countries while also contributing to the establishment of processes for cell and gene therapy services. His experience spans operations, customer service, training, compliance, marketing, sales, clinical trials management, and senior global leadership roles in IT, service development, product management and independent consulting. In March 2023, Mike joined QuickSTAT as Global Head of Strategy (CGT & DTP). Passionate about enhancing patient diversity, treatment options, experiences, and outcomes, he remains actively involved in industry initiatives. Based in Philadelphia, he has been a dedicated volunteer for the Global Clinical Supplies Group since 2018 and currently leads GCSG’s Cell & Gene Therapy e-Team.
