There are still a very few sponsorships available! Register now to be seen at the GCSG US Conference.
We are now on a waitlist for Pharma/Biotech, Independent Consultants and Vendor Operations. There are only a handful of spots available but add your name to the waitlist to be considered for anything that opens up.

Payment Methods & Cancellation Policy
Credit Card or Bank Transfer payments ONLY
Non-credit card & manually processed credit card payments will incur a $150 surcharge.
CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTION POLICY
1. Cancellations & substitutions should be requested via the registration system.
2. Substitutions can be requested via the registration system at any time up until the start of the conference (26th April 2026).
3. Registrants requesting a cancellation via the system more than 6 weeks prior to the start of the first day of the conference (prior to 15th March 2026) will receive a full refund of all fees paid less a $250 administrative fee.
4. Cancellation requests received within 6 weeks of the first day of the conference (15th March 2026 and later) will not receive any refund.
5. Cancellation of a boot camp (but not overall conference attendance) prior to 15th March 2026 will incur a $100 administrative fee for a full-day boot camp, or a $50 administrative fee for a half-day boot camp.
6. Cancellation of a boot camp (but not overall conference attendance) on or after the 15th March 2026 will not receive any refund.
