Payment Methods
Payment via credit card / e-transfer is expected at time of registration. Bank transfers will incur an additional fee of $100. Other payment methods require prior approval and may incur a fee. Full payment is expected within 1 month (30 days) of registration.
Cancellation & Substitution Policy:
1. Cancellations & substitutions should be requested via the registration system.
2. Substitutions can be requested via the registration system at any time up until the start of the conference (October 10, 2023).
3. Registrants requesting a cancellation via the system more than 6 weeks prior to the start of the first day of the conference (prior to August 28) will receive a full refund of all fees paid less a $250 administrative fee.
4. Cancellation requests received within 6 weeks of the first day of the conference (August 28, 2023 and later) will not receive any refund.

We take the privacy and protection of data and information seriously and are committed to the confidential management of the personal information we collect from our members and conference registrants. The information we collect includes, but is not limited to, contact details and limited personal data included in your member profile. We use this information to send you newsletters and other e-mails to keep you up to date with GCSG news, events, products and services that may be of interest to you. We do not sell or rent any of the user information we collect. Please contact admin@mygcsg.com if you have any questions.
