Samuel Gal Alterovich

Gal Alterovich has ca. 10 years of experience in the field of clinical trials.

Since he joined the SMO Group in 2011 – a leading provider of Clinical Trial Logistics in CIS and MENA – Gal has acquired broad experience in the Clinical Trials Logistics industry, holding

various positions including: Logistics Manager, Marketing Manager and Key Account Manager. Since 2017, Gal has been serving as the Managing Director of SMO Israel, which has become

the fastest growing provider of clinical trial logistics in Israel, serving most global pharma companies, global CMOs and global CROs. The services of SMO Israel are now based at its new state of the art facility, one of the most advanced of its kind in Israel and beyond.

Gal is a member of the board of C-Trials, “The Israeli Association of the Advancement of the Biomedical Research Community”. Within this role, Gal is constantly working with most of the

major pharma companies and CROs in Israel, as well as with the MoH and the regulatory authorities, on the improvement and advancement of clinical research.
