Pete Webster

Significant experience in Lean & Six Sigma including 3 site implementations in Pharmaceutical Contract Manufacturing; these deployments included Lean assessment, benchmarking, maturity assessments, Lean & Six Sigma training, Project Definition and selection, DMAIC, Change Management, Workout and all activities related to a sustained cultural change. Learnings of Lean & Six Sigma have been enhanced through Black Belt Training and an MSc at Cardiff University. Pete has been involved in the pharmaceutical industry for many years and has previously worked for Cardinal Health, Catalent, Patheon and Wasdell on multiple dosage forms. A trained engineer has worked in a number of roles outside of CI including engineering, validation, operations and site General Management positions.
