Melissa Gallardo

Melissa Gallardo is an Associate Manager of Clinical Supplies where she is responsible for leading CTM coordination for various Phase I – IV clinical studies. Currently an SME for forecasting utilizing SmartSupplies ClinApps. She authored a Global IP Forecast and Ordering procedure at Astellas.  She established a formal new employee onboarding program for clinical supplies, developed a CTM education center SharePoint and does new employee training.  Prior to that she was a member of the Global Quality Assurance team for seven years.  She was involved in the development and managed several programs, amongst which were:  Product Complaints, Q10 Management Review, Internal Audit and Regulatory Inspection Readiness and Change Controls.
