Derek has nearly 30 years experience in the Pharma/Biotech industry and has worked for both large Pharma and small Biotech firms, in production, R&D and QC as well as QA. The majority of Derek’s experience, however, is in the Biotech sector covering all aspects from cell bank manufacture through to clinical pharmacy interactions. Derek has worked in QA supporting clinical trials supply since 1995 and has been eligible to act as a QP under the permanent provisions of 2001/83/EC since 1999.
