David Volk

David Volk is responsible globally for Genentech’s & Roche’s clinical supply strategy, resource and portfolio management.  He is active in the clinical supply industry through multiple benchmarking forums and as a Steering Committee member of the ISPE Investigational Products North America community of practice.  Prior to his current role, David was responsible for Clinical Demand & Supply Planning for Roche in Basel, Switzerland.  He has held positions of increasing responsibility in process development, manufacturing, and supply chain at Merck and Genentech.  David received his degree in Chemical Engineering from Princeton, his MBA from Stanford, and is APICS CPIM and CSCP certified.
