Adam Duran

Adam Duran is the Head of Consulting – US at N-SIDE, currently overseeing a fast-growing team of consultants responsible for delivering optimization, implementation, and training services. He also consults with pharma and biotech organizations on change management, supply and production planning, and clinical supply chain optimization.Before moving to the US, Adam was responsible for the N-SIDE Suite for Clinical Trials – an advanced analytics platform for end-to-end, risk-based clinical supply chain optimization – and leading a cross-functional product management team. He’s a firm believer in continuous experimentation, rapid prototyping, and the growing role of advanced analytics in life sciences. Prior to concentrating on product development, Adam optimized the packaging, labelling, and distribution of therapeutic products, performed strategic analysis of drug product and drug substance ordering and manufacturing for top pharma clients, and co-developed N-SIDE’s business intelligence dashboards for monitoring patient recruitment and dispensing.In a life before N-SIDE, Adam built a clinical trial supply simulator and worked on the design and validation of RTSM systems.When he’s not working, Adam’s favourite pastime is exploring NY parks with his dog Misio.
