WS30 – Using Simulation and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to Create and Communicate Clinical Forecasts

Often, clinical supply project managers use general overages in their forecasts (ie 50%, 30%) to cover them in case of trial changes. These overages are a good thing, and are often applied based on someone’s experience and intuition. What if you’re new to clinical supplies,  working with a new team or have to defend your overage? This workshop will help you understand how to utilize artificial intelligence to mine and manipulate Excel to give you the tools to defend and communicate your overage calculations with more confidence.
