WS22.2 – Tips and Techniques to Build Leadership and Management Capabilities

Management and leadership are two very distinct functions. Although they share many similar responsibilities, and consist of working with people and influencing others to achieve goals, they are not the same thing. This workshop will provide tips and techniques for new managers to build their leadership capabilities. Another focus of the workshop will be to identify ways of working with difficult and/or challenging bosses or stakeholders.
