WS21 – Engaging New Employees and Enhancing Networking Capabilities

New employees can feel lost and adrift when starting a new job/position. This workshop will explore some of the most current issues with employee disengagement and a lack of inclusiveness. Tips and techniques will be discussed on how to increase employee’s level of engagement and connectivity as well as strategies to increase the value of their networks.
