With global trials being the standard, it is incredibly important to understand the value of your clinical supplies, the impact of value-added tax (VAT) and the importance of identifying the importer of record (IOR) when planning and budgeting for your clinical trial supplies. This workshop will discuss how to recover VAT throughout the life of the clinical trial as well as what the importer of record does and key documentation necessary for successful importation.
