Can a small company act as its own Importer of Record (IoR), or is it advisable to enter into an agreement with an entity that operates on behalf of the company?
What responsibilities has the IoR? What documents must be available?
If a new country wil be set-up in a trial, for example Brazil, how to identifying who can serve as the IoR?
