I had a conversation with a larger company and they told me an important aspect of shipping product was understanding what supply the product will come out of – clinical or commercial (assuming at least one country has approval for product but EAP’s are active in unapproved countries). Can you talk to how EAP’s fundamentally change for sponsors when you get approval for only a few countries you’re doing EAP in but not all?
