Hello, will you also touch upon Importers of Records, their relationships with Brokers, and how it all fits together. We recently had a situation where our IOR had power of attorney with a certain broker (UPS) and we could therefore only use UPS as a courier for returns from that country (Canada to US). So integrating that into the lecture would be great..kind of taking the most complicated a journey a kit could take from a site back to a depot and the challenges/releases/clearances (and their requirements) along the way.
