Hello,

I have several questions on Phase III

1/ How does manufacturing work for clinical trial supplies? Are they produced periodically (say, 3 months, 6 months at a time)? What is the optimal batch size?
2/ Site selection: is there any analytical process applied in the industry or it’s experience-base?
3/ Inventory optimization: how is it done in practice (at depots, at sites)?
