Ed Groleau

About
Ed has over 30 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry, all of it in drug development. He joined PCI Pharma Services in 2018 after an extensive career at Eli Lilly. At Lilly, Ed spent a number of years in various laboratories starting with developing and validating analytical test methods, then physical characterization and polymorph screening, and finally structure elucidation of degradation products in the spectroscopy group. He migrated to Clinical Trial Supplies, changing responsibilities as the group adjusted to industry and regulatory changes. Ed spent his final years at Lilly in their animal health division where he initiated a CT supplies group to support development of drugs for companion and food animals. Ed took advantage of an early retirement opportunity and transitioned to a career on the vendor side which he is thoroughly enjoying. He now leads PCI’s SMART Clinical Supply Management Team. Ed has been part of GCSG since 2006, currently serving as the lead for the US Education team.
