Director of Business Development at Bertrand Clinical Label, a division of JHBertrand Inc. We are a specialty manufacturer of pressure sensitive single ply and booklet labels for the clinical supply organizations of the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Previously I served as the Director of the Buffalo branch of the American Diabetes Association. In this capacity I was responsible for local patient education and advocacy and fundraising/development through corporate, civic, and public sources. I entered the non-profit sector after a varied and deep 20 year career in the pharmaceutical industry. During my tenure at Merck I spent a five year period in corporate headquarters performing business analysis and developing disease management programs within the Managed Care organization. I also managed a team of Sales Representatives in the Buffalo market and was a member of the Primary Care and Osteoporosis Specialty Sales Divisions. While at Boehringer Ingelheim I served in a Neurology Specialty Sales role.
