Annex VI Subject/ Visit number as write-in field

Annex VI Subject/ Visit number as write-in field

I am wondering whether the EU Reg Annex VI expects that subject ID number and visit number be hard-coded onto IMP labels, or whether it is typical to include these as blank “write-in” fields?
