I went through this at a sponsor. We had an HQ address change, with “old address” labeled IP in the field. We got confirmation from the country (Ukraine) that the IP in the field, and local depot was acceptable to deplete, with the understanding any new lots of IP would then reflect the new HQ address. We did a note to file/memo as well to document internally.
