We have pooled studies which are being transitioned and some that are already in the CTR. We designed the labels so that they are EudraCT and EU CTR compliant. As the study label is added as a JIT label, we have deleted the EudraCT number from all labels and only add the study number. This way we wont have any problems. I have also been told that all labelled IMP before the CTR transition will be usable after the transition period ends, although we wont have much left when Jan 2025 arrives, as everything will have been used and the new campaigns dont include the EudraCT numbers.
