Reply To: Exporting from a China CMO to a Label/pack vendor in Australia

I’m trying to move drug from China to the USA and I was informed of the same requirement (i.e. China customs requires IND information/letter).

To take it one step further, I’d like to know if China customs will accept the FDA IND acknowledgment letter or the IND safe to proceed letter? The latter could result in up to a 25 day delay.
