Thanks for the feedback, I will review the HC regs. To clarify, if an overlabel is necessary, its more than the expiry date. The primary label is ENG only. The main reason for the overlabel is to include FR/ENG text to replace the ENG only text.
I have had success with printing DOM vs expiry also for Canada as the regs provide this option in certain circumstances.
