Hi again. I think I misunderstood your qustion. It was regardng the reconciliation process, right? When I have arranged depot destructions, reconciliation has been done at the site level and the depot has done reconciliation only on the received number of transportation boxes. The sites has enclosed documents which explains the contents. So, the reconciliation is performed by the site and checked by the CRA. I have only worked with paper documentation only, as well as a semi-solution with paper forms and IRT, but not only an IRT solution.
