Hi, Just to confirm that I have the same experience as Patty. In a situation where a site refuses to use sponsor forms, sponsor can review the site templates ensuring all requirements are fulfilled and that data needed for the IRT update is collected in the forms. CRA collects a copy of the forms after destruction and updates the IRT.
