Reply To: Shelf life extension labels in China

We have seen this same feedback on our China trials. The new update has been interpreted that we must FULLY cover the existing expiry date. This is not our standard process. We do strike out lines or leave the existing expiry visible. From the pushback we received is that this standard process will no longer be accepted in China.

We could not overnight update all trial labels to meet this new regulation. Therefore we worked with our China contacts on when materials will need to be updated and how to move forward. For example, any existing material in field or depot already extended will not be updated, nor will anything being prepped to be extended in near term.
