Dear Amanda,
in LATAM most of the accountability of products are done in kit level, not tablet / capsule level (for example) because EHS restrictions of handling.
In case the shipper was damaged or opened during transportation from clinical site to the depot, the depot team will count the number of kits inside the shipper in order to make sure that the quantity are matching the returns documentation.
