June 18, 2021 at 3:09 pmThat is the standard practice I see although there is variance in the number of checks. I established a process where only 1 person (a CSM) did that check but I have seen it where 2 people + QA review and approve the proof. From my experience adding additional individuals duplicating the review does not eliminate errors and I have been told there are reports of research indicating this trend but I have not been able to find them. The single-person review process I created worked without issue.
