Apologies, I do not have a response to your query, rather
I have the same question. The Sponsor address is changing mid-trial, and I am wondering whether the current IP stock will need to be over-labelled with the new Sponsor address, or if it will be acceptable to provide a Memo/Note to File to the clinical sites to notify them of the change in Sponsor address?

Can you, or anyone on this forum, provide some guidance? Thank you!
