We have always used unblinded invoices for shipments to depots and distribution centers including for description, HTS code, value and country of origin. Shipments direct sites are a different story and can be tricky (we used to list information for both product types), but for Customs – it really does not matter to them that your study is blinded. They want to know what is actually in the shipment.
