Mission Statement
The mission of this e-Team includes supporting and helping to improve Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) practices and initiatives within the GCSG community. We strive to create a welcoming professional environment for all by providing data, education, and guidance that advances DEI hiring, promotion, mentoring and sponsorship practices.
Upcoming Activities
Annual Survey
The purpose of the survey is to better understand the demographics and experiences of our community measuring changes over time, allowing us to help shape the direction of GCSG through meaningful and purposeful actions.
The survey only takes a few minutes and all responses are anonymous.
We are looking for “Contact Liaisons” who will ensure clinical supply professionals at their respective companies receive the survey so we can maximize the responses and results. If you can help, please contact us at deiteam@mygcsg.com.

Mentorship Program “CLIMB”
Launching late 2023
The CLIMB program provides structured mentorship to support the career growth and development of diverse clinical supply professionals. The success of the program will rely on members of GCSG to participate as active mentors.
