Overview.
With over 125+ years of biopharmaceutical and 50+ years of cell and gene therapy experience combined, the GCSG Cell and Gene Therapy (CGT) team welcomes you to take part in its November 2024 boot camp. The event will be hosted as 3 two-hour sessions on November 12 –14, 2024.
The boot camp will cover the exponential growth and coinciding challenges faced by the cell and gene therapy sector today. Topics include the transformative evolution of advanced therapies, an overview of the variety of therapies in development today, how the industry landscape has changed in recent years, and how critically important scalable time and temperature supply chain precision remains to cell and gene therapy patients and developers. The clinical supply chain often becomes the commercial supply chain. Learn how to create a robust supply chain from the start!
This bootcamp will target the basic concepts for developing and implementing autologous, allogeneic and/or next-generation clinical and commercial supply chains for cell and gene therapy (CGT). Presenters will be sharing best practices and industry standards to consider when establishing both clinical and commercial supply chains. Learn from our experiences to avoid the same mistakes.
The content will be broken down into three sessions offered over 3 days to maximize learning on Science and Manufacturing, Labeling and Regulatory, Managing Sites and Systems, Transition from Clinical to Commercial, and Supply Chain while allowing you to manage your everyday responsibilities.
This is an excellent forum for getting your questions answered whether you are new to CGT or have an intermediate level of knowledge of the CGT space.
Target Audience
Intended for clinical supply and advance therapy professionals that want to learn more about cell and gene therapy from clinical trials through commercialization.
The virtual boot camp is a fantastic way for you, cross functional colleagues, and/or your team members to accelerate their knowledge and learn from industry colleagues with decades of real-world cell and gene therapy experience.
