About This Webinar Series
The IRT Boot Camp is a three-session, beginner-level webinar series designed to give clinical operations and supply chain professionals a practical, high-level foundation in Interactive Response Technology (IRT). Content is focused, real-world, and jargon-free — built for professionals with some clinical experience who want to understand how IRT works, not just that it exists.
Each session runs from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM EST and includes dedicated Q&A time. Sessions are held on separate days (June 16, 17, and 18, 2026) to allow participants time to absorb and apply each module before the next.

Learning Objectives
By the end of this boot camp, attendees will be able to: (1) explain what IRT is and why it is used in clinical trials; (2) describe the IRT system lifecycle from build through go-live; (3) identify how clinical operations and clinical supply functions each interact with IRT; (4) explain the core supply management concepts including resupply models, DNx controls, and expiry management; and (5) apply key best practices for effective use of IRT in their own studies.

Who Should Attend
Designed for professionals with some clinical or supply chain experience who are new to IRT, including: Clinical Operations associates and managers, Clinical Supply Chain professionals, Study Start-Up personnel, Clinical Research Associates (CRAs), Trial Managers, and any team member who interacts with or oversees IRT systems.
