This year we welcome you to join us in the historic town of Cascais, Portugal for our 6th Annual GCSG European Knowledge Forum! Conference attendees will dive into a range of interactive workshops and presentations in a relaxed, educational and collaborative environment. Driven by the GCSG mission statement, come and immerse yourself in Cascais’ elegant fusion of decorative 19th-century architecture and traditional Portuguese charm as we ‘Redefine the Architecture of Clinical Supplies’!

Registration opens 15 May 2019 at 2 pm GMT for:

  • Conference Sponsors (sponsorship purchase required). Please Note: It will also be possible to secure a tabletop upon purchase of a sponsorship.
  • Pharma/Biotech employees
  • Speakers/Facilitators (passCODE required)

Registration opens 22 May 2019 at 2 pm GMT for:

  • Exhibitors (tabletop purchase required)
  • 2nd tabletop registrants (*tabletop purchase required by ‘Exhibitor’ registrant) (passCODE required)

Registration opens 1 August 2019 at 2 pm GMT for:

Cancellation & Substitution Policy:

Cancellation & substitution requests must be submitted in writing to registrationhelp@mygcsg.com

  • Cancellation requests received at least 4 weeks prior to conference start will receive:
    • Individual Conference registration – registration fee paid less a $250 administrative fee
    • Boot Camp – registration fee paid less a $100 administrative fee
    • Exhibitors/Sponsors – a 50% refund of fees paid
  • One substitution per attendee is permitted at no charge up until 4 weeks prior to conference start.  Additional substitutions or substitutions requested within 4 weeks of conference start will be charged a substitution fee of $100

No refund can be given for cancellations received within 4 weeks of conference start.
