L03.2 – Forecasting or Simulation? Choosing the Right Approach (A)

This advanced level lecture will explore forecasting and simulation techniques for clinical trials and supply chain management. Participants will learn the basics of different analytical approaches, and will learn the strengths and limitations of different methods. Participants will also learn how to use forecasts/simulations in combination with operational strategies to build a strong plan for their clinical trial(s).
